WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept most major credit cards including American Express, Visa, Master Card, and Discover as well as PayPal and Apple Pay.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you are not satisfied with your order please let us know and you are welcome to return the item within the Royal Warranty Coverage. Please note that tax and shipping is non-refundable. A 20% re-stocking/processing fee will be applied to all returns. Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the customer.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

To check the status of your order please email shopjnchicago@gmail.com. Please include your order number and a customer service representative will get back to you with a status update within 24 hours, Monday - Friday.

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

Once an order has been placed it may be cancelled at any time with a 5% cancellation fee before your item has shipped. Please email shopjnchicago@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line. Should your order ship before we receive your request, the order can no longer be cancelled. Once the order has been shipped, it will be treated as a return.
